In 2002, Linda embarked on a culinary journey, bringing the vibrant flavors of Mexico to Elkhart, IN. Her restaurant quickly became a beloved staple in the community, known not only for its mouthwatering dishes but also for the warm, inviting atmosphere that made every guest feel like family.

In 2013, with hearts full of gratitude for the years of support, Linda made the difficult decision to temporarily close the doors of her restaurant. It was a time of change and growth, as our family was expanding. Donnajeceily, Linda's daughter, and Adrian, her son-in-law, were eager to immerse themselves in the world of Mexican cuisine, and together, they dreamt of new culinary ventures.

Saul, Donnajeceily's father, stood as a pillar of support, his own passion for cooking adding to the family's legacy. In 2020, the four of us came together, united by our shared love for authentic Mexican flavors. Not only did we reopen our beloved restaurant, but we also introduced a lively food truck, taking our delectable dishes to the streets of Elkhart.
